The End of the Week and Mooore 5D's...Stuff?
Well, it's Friday and I have a day and a half before I have to repeat the endless cycle that is a college student, so I might as well try and get as much as I can done during that time (haw, fat chance...) But, yeah, nothing else beside that. Here's the little info blurb from the official TV Tokyo site. Evil Bakura sent it to me because my computer has been eternally ghey'ed up and hates Flash. Reading through it, the "Dragon's Birthmark" (Ryu no Aza) reminds me of the "Mark of the Dragon" from that godawful 80's Double Dragon cartoon. I guess there's another reason for me to hate it. XD
STORY:
Domino City several years after the times when Yugi Mutou once lived there--It has changed into the futuristic city "Neo Domino City," one that has adopted a stratified society. The protagonist, Yusei Fudo, on his advanced-form of Duel Disk, the D-Wheel, speeds off from the lower-class area with his sights set on the upper-class area. With his sights set on the Duel Stadium, where his former rival and Riding Duel Champion, Jack Atlas, who has stolen the Stardust Dragon so important to him and his friends, is at. Yusei and Jack finally face off. Their hearts packed with their own emotions, their ace monsters, Stardust Dragon and Red Demon's Dragon, clash! The dragons' battle causes a mysterious red dragon to appear and the Dragon's Birthmark on Yusei's arm to arise to the surface. The many different fates being led by the Dragon's Birthmark are about to be set in motion. What awaits Yusei as he fights for his friends?! And, just what exactly is it that the Dragon's Birthmark possesses?!
So, yeah, whoot! I should have done this the day it freaking came up on the site, but better late than ever. Anyway, beside this 5D stuff, I recently took some sketches out from my sketchbook and scanned them. They're not all that great, but, I'm the worst critic ever for my art in any caliber, so...
Mecha Destruction King - Syxx Loader (メカ破壊王-SYXXローダー)
Dark/Machine/9/2800/3200
This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned by sacrificing 1 Level 5 or higher Machine-type monster. When this monster attacks an opposing monster, roll 1 die, depending of the results, activate 1 of the following effects.
1: Increase this monster's attack power by 800 during the Damage Step.
2: Decrease the opponent's monster's attack power by 800 during the Damage Step.
3: Negate this card's attack. Then, draw 1 card.
4: If this monster with higher attack power attacks a monster in defense mode with lower defense power, inflict Battle Damage to your opponent equal to the difference.
5: Skip Damage Calculations and destroy that monster.
6: If this monster destroys the monster designated for attack by battle, destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field.
Devil Mole (デビル・モグラ)
Earth/Beast/4/1700/1200
When this monster is Normal Summoned, Reverse Summoned, or Special Summoned, place 1 "Bunker Counter" on this card. When this monster is destroyed as a result of battle, remove 1 "Bunker Counter" from this card to negate its destruction. During your Main Phase 1, you can remove 1 "Bunker Counter" from this card to destroy 1 face-down monster on the field.
AM-02 Mechanical Bull (AM-02メカニカルブル)
Fire/Machine/7/2500/2500
By discarding 1 Trap card in your hand during your Battle Phase, destroy 1 face-down card on the field.
Kusujazaku (クスジャザク)
Dark/Winged Beast/3/800/1000
Reverse: Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Winged Beast-type or Fire-type monster from your Cemetery in attack mode.
Gargoyle Punisher (ガーゴイル・パニッシャー)
Earth/Demon/5/1600/1800
For each Demon-type monster in either player's Cemetery, increase this monster's attack and defense power by 200. When this monster is destroyed and sent to the Cemetery, by removing this card and any number of Demon-type monsters in your Cemetery (a maximum of 2,) you can Special Summon "Gargoyle Tokens" (Demon-type/Dark Attribute/ Level 3/1000/500) equal to the amount removed in attack mode.
Hell-Spawned Zombie King (地獄から生まれた不死王)
Dark/Undead/8/2300/2800
As long as this card is face-up on the field, all Undead-type monsters cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. If this monster is in your Cemetery during your Standby Phase, you can discard 2 Undead-type monsters from your hand to Special Summon this monster to your field in attack mode with its attack and defense power halved.
Anyway, that's all I got.
